Two weeks ago, we signed the lease. We were lucky–the lease is in the corporation’s name, and there is no personal guarantee clause. This is extremely rare, as almost every lease, landlord, and lawyer we had previously encountered required a personal guarantee.

We locked in for three years at a very reasonable price with $100 increases for two years to follow. After that, we included a three-year option to renew with $200 monthly increases.

Now we begin construction…
